Melanie & Craig
A very special day at he Busby Hotel on the outskirts of Glasgow. Melanie’s bridal preparations took place in the spectacular Honeymoon Suite. Lightly shaded woodland grounds that feature an ornate wedding gazebo created the backdrop for their group photos. Photography was provided by the wonderful Stevie and Chris from ZeePhoto.
“we love it and it so appreciative!”
Ryan & Vicki
Vicki had her bridal preparations at the family home, a beautiful farmhouse in Annan. The ceremony took place in Ruthwell Church, the oldest building in South West Scotland still in regular public use. It is a painted rubble kirk, which began as a long narrow medieval church. The Murray Aisle was added in the 17th Century and the apse, which houses the cross, was added in 1886. It is in a remarkable state of repair both outside and in. The group photography took place in front of Hoddom Castle, a 16th Century Border Keep forming part of the 10,000 acre Hoddom and Kinmount Estates. The day ended with a fantastic ceilidh and hog roast in a marquee on the castle grounds, a wonderful day for a beautiful couple.
“Thank you !! Aww it’s amazing we love it thanks very much!!”
Emma & Andy
A wonderful day in Musselburgh. Emma looked stunning in a beautiful religious ceremony at Our Lady of Loretto & St Michael’s church followed by the reception at Royal Musselburgh Golf Course. Set in a manicured Golf Course the 16th Century building provides the perfect back drop to your special day. Located 10 miles from Edinburgh, Prestongrange House is the centre piece with excellent views over the Forth in wooded parkland surroundings. The Club is the sixth oldest in the world originating at the 9 hole Musselburgh Levenhall links where the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers and the Royal Burgess Golfing Society also played.
“wow I’m absolutely speechless you are amazing !”
Amie and Ross
Lush grounds sweeping down to the cliffs, historic buildings and a magical secret garden. The history of Dunglass Estate is a tale of poets, philosopher’s families and a dash of dynamite. The origins of the Estate can be traced back to the fourteenth century when a castle – the stronghold of the Earl’s of Home (ancestors of the famed philosopher David Hume) – stood here. It was destroyed in 1548, but was rebuilt, only to be lost to time. Amie and Ross enjoyed a beautiful ceremony in the 15th-century Gothic church. The beautiful warm, grey stone resonates with tales of times gone by, and the half-ruined nature of this utterly unique church makes it all the more atmospheric. Perfect, therefore, for the most romantic of ceremonies
“we finally watched the wedding video. It’s incredible thank you so much. We weren’t sure we wanted a video but never realized how much we missed until we watched it back. Also the drone footage is unreal.”
Sharon & Daniel
Sharon and Daniel were wed at Dalhousie Castle Hotel and Spa. A magnificent 13th century fortress just 8 miles from Edinburgh’s city centre. Set within acres of wooded parkland on the picturesque banks of the River Esk, Dalhousie Castle has luxurious surrounds, and holds the title as ‘Scotland’s Oldest Inhabited Castle’. Daniel’s best man decided to have the rings delivered by a falcon during the ceremony and we recorded our first ‘Marryoke’ video as part of their package. A wonderful day for a lovely couple, congratulations to you both !
“Thank you so much Chris, the highlight video is gorgeous!!…..we are thrilled and you really captured the day”
Sandro & Stacy’s Wedding Day
This was a beautiful location out in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Just 22 miles from Edinburgh, and 50 miles from Glasgow, Peebles Hydro is located just a stone’s throw from the River Tweed. Lovely surroundings and a gorgeous hall for the reception. Amazing dancing guys, well done !
“Chris video was great thank you very much !”
Archie & June’s Wedding Day
Carberry Tower Mansion House and Estate is a place of intimate grandeur with a history that goes back to 1480. Archie and June enjoyed a beautiful ceremony in the private chapel with the reception on the Champagne Terrace.
“We really thought that your DVD was amazing, thanks again.”
Shaun & Adele’s Wedding Day
Filmed at the Parish Church of St Cuthberts in the heart of Edinburgh. The church building is situated at the western foot of the Castle Rock, surrounded by its churchyard, and linked to Princes Street Gardens on its east side. Shaun and Adele enjoyed a lovely ceremony with photos in the church grounds and a trip to Arthur’s Seat. The reception was held at the at the 4 Star Macdonald Holyrood Hotel.
“Thank you for everything Chris”
Lisa & Mike’s Wedding Day
An amazing day with Mike and Lisa in Glasgow’s Merchant City. The Old Fruitmarket has been extensively refurbished and has played an important role in hosting many of the city’s key cultural events and celebrations. The happy couple were wed in the Recital Room of City Hall with the reception in the Candleriggs Bar. One of the most heartfelt humanist ceremonies we have ever filmed.
“Cheers Chris really loved the DVD you did a great job”
